how can it be? how can someone become anxious about anxiety?
i have no idea, yet that's where i am tonight.
where do we find calm when our brains spin so quickly that images appear only as blurs? how do we listen in a world full of noise? what can be done to slow a racing heart?
suggestions? ideas? comments? or should i just pull my head from my own bum and get over it?
