remember when i kept this blog running? yeah, me neither... maybe i can do better this time (ha).
so here's life at this tack-on-the-map... i'm a homeowner! the last month has been a blur of unpacking and moving things and losing things and finding things and painting and plumbing and appliances. i've wondered how i have become that person that isn't buying a tattoo because the bathroom sink doesn't work and the money is better spent there...
it's a solid house with lots of space and tons of character. slowly but surely it's coming together. i understand better and better each day how people are never satisfied with their homes. there are always a million jobs to do and tasks to conquer. yesterday i clipped two trashcans worth of trees and branches and bushes from next to the driveway. today you cannot tell. *sigh*. once i find my camera i'll post some more pictures!
